ONLINE ORDERS: Our automated ordering system is designed to automatically generate order receipts for online and phone orders. When an order is entered, a receipt is automatically generated and sent to the email address provided. Since order receipts are sent by email and not in packages, it is important that the email address is correct. Please double check the email address provided.
PHONE ORDERS: We would like you to have a good shopping experience. Mistakes can happen so if you decide to place your order by phone, please make sure you have provided the service representative with the correct information. In addition to your receipt, you will also receive a secondary email confirming the information provided for the order. This is our way of double checking the items in the order and the customer billing and shipping information. Be advised that incoming and outgoing calls may be recorded for verification and training purposes.
